Currently I oversees sales & operations of Motion's Philadelphia and DC offices, focused on delivering talent for our clients across full-time, contract and professional services. I am still hands on with all aspects of the sales and recruiting process, and oversee the training and development of ~60 people. I have helped structure our CRM, built out sales templates and tools, spearheaded the nationwide implementation of new tooling and AI systems, consistently ranked at a top performer on my own desk, all while still getting home to my wife and pup (and million hobbies).
My work in journalism, public relations and recruitment has helped me connect individuals and ideas across a variety of platforms and for a multitude of purposes. Through well-crafted content and simple interactions, my professional goals include building lasting teams capable of stretching the limits of what they thought was possible.
In my personal life, my ties as a writer influence how I view the world. With everything I do, I try to be passionate and let the natural characters who have shaped my life find new homes in the styles and mannerisms of my work. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors and attempting to reclaim my ever-worsening golf game.
