As an agile practitioner within the Digital Design team, I am a servant leader supporting a growing team of user-experience professionals. The Digital Design Program Coach (Agile) is critical in ensuring that design teams are able to plan and execute their day-to-day work, filling a hybrid role on the agile design team. Â This role blends the traditional responsibilities of Scrum/Agile practices and design lead thinking/ integration, to satisfy the needs of creative team members and support delivery.
Frankie is a New York City-based Experience Designer who’s passionate about breaking the barrier of entry for beginner UXers. Although she has only been in the field for less than three years, she has already worked at a startup, adesign agency, and a corporate company and focuses a lot of her time on mentoring upcoming designers. She has been recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice in Design. When she is not designing, she is creating LinkedIn and Instagram content or working out.

As a champion for the customer, Rory urges her clients to engage in user testing and research to ensure the project’s strategy aligns with their customer’s goals.
