It’s driving demand across data centers and energy, life sciences, defense, manufacturing, robotics and beyond - opening new opportunities for technology professionals who know how to adapt, apply and transfer their skills across industries.
Inside Tech’s Fastest-Growing Markets is a new Tech in Motion series exploring the industries and markets gaining momentum in 2026 — and what that growth means for the future of tech careers. Whether you're considering your next move, looking to future-proof your skill set or simply trying to understand where technology is headed, you'll leave with a clearer picture of where the opportunities are —and how your skills can help you get there.
Every session will go beyond market trends to answer the questions that matter to your career:
- Where is the growth? What industries and markets are seeing the biggest investment and momentum?
- What's driving it? Which technologies and business trends are creating new demand?
- What's in demand? Which skills and roles are employers looking for?
- Where can you go next? How can your existing experience translate into a new industry or emerging field?
Currently I oversees sales & operations of Motion's Philadelphia and DC offices, focused on delivering talent for our clients across full-time, contract and professional services. I am still hands on with all aspects of the sales and recruiting process, and oversee the training and development of ~60 people. I have helped structure our CRM, built out sales templates and tools, spearheaded the nationwide implementation of new tooling and AI systems, consistently ranked at a top performer on my own desk, all while still getting home to my wife and pup (and million hobbies).
My work in journalism, public relations and recruitment has helped me connect individuals and ideas across a variety of platforms and for a multitude of purposes. Through well-crafted content and simple interactions, my professional goals include building lasting teams capable of stretching the limits of what they thought was possible.
In my personal life, my ties as a writer influence how I view the world. With everything I do, I try to be passionate and let the natural characters who have shaped my life find new homes in the styles and mannerisms of my work. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors and attempting to reclaim my ever-worsening golf game.
