Her journey at Attune commenced with a vision to address the unmet needs of building owners, engineers, and sustainability consultants, enabling them to access real-time facility data wirelessly. Dr. Almomen's leadership has steered Attune into the loT sector, where they offer energy, indoor air quality, and building equipment performance monitoring solutions for the commercial, industrial, and educational real estate industries. She's known for her commitment to technological innovation and has received recognition on Forbes' list of Women-led Startups in Tech and Inc.'s 2024 Female Founders list. Dr. Almomen continuously monitors loT & sensor trends, keeping Attune at the forefront of advancements and positioning the company as a trailblazer in the field.
Elena Krasnoperova is an advisor and angel investor for purpose-driven early stage Tech startups. She is also the founder of WOW Bay Area, a supportive community for women leaders and founders. Elena brings a wealth of experience from her 25+ year career in Tech, most recently at Meta where as the VP of Analytics for the Ads business, she led a team of 1,500+ data scientists. Elena is a former Tech entrepreneur, having founded 2 startups in the Family Tech space. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Stanford. In her spare time, Elena loves to teach Zumba, travel, read, and meet interesting people.
