Mike Lemire is the CISO at One Inc, the leading insurance payment processing platform. Most of Mike's career has been focused on building security and compliance teams and programs at rapidly growing SaaS companies. Prior to One Inc Mike was the CSCO at Quickbase, a leading low-code cloud platform. Previous to that Mike led the InfoSec and Compliance programs at Acquia and RiskMetrics and has held technical and management positions at Pearson Education, JPMorgan and Time,Inc. Mike earned his B.S. from New York Institute of Technology and has attended postgraduate education at Columbia and Boston University. Mike was certified as a CISSP in 2006 and CCSK in 2013.
Grace has more than 15 years hands on experience building both procedural and technical solutions, as well as leading global technology and engineering teams to fully automate and operationalize automated Governance and Compliance in large scale IT and OT environments.
Grace led the global transformation of governance, risk, and compliance both for Enterprise Services at Hewlett-Packard and the Global Delivery Organization at DXC Technology. Creating efficiency through automation, Grace, developed, built, and operationalized automated compliance and governance operations for more than 3000 Enterprise customers for which these companies provided IT operations and development services.
Most recently, Grace was appointed as the global leader of Governance, Risk and Compliance, for a software company, Guidewire Software, that specializes in developing and producing SaaS and onPrem software solutions for the insurance industry, where she is affecting and executing the exact same methodology that she developed and operationalized at Hewlett-Packard, to successfully apply that in a small and medium (SME) size enterprise environment.
She has demonstrated that the methodology that she developed, fully operationalized and automated, at scale for multiple large enterprises, can be effectively operationalized and implemented in both small and medium enterprises as well.
As CISO at Cengage, Eric leads a team responsible for identifying threats and effectively and efficiently deploying people, process, and technology to reduce the likelihood and impact of security incidents. He brings over 19 years of experience in Information Security and Risk & Compliance to the role. His focus is on process improvement, efficiency of security practices, coaching and development of team members, and providing vision and guidance of direction for the security program.
Eric has spent time at two other education software and publishing companies, also within the security function, focused on the security of customer-facing products as well as security incident and event management. He cut his teeth in security at PricewaterhouseCoopers, starting with audit support work for technical controls, penetration testing and web application assessments, and growing to implementation of security tools and processes as well as security strategy development.
Eric is a father of 3 children between the ages of 8 and 4, and finds fulfillment in making or fixing things, be that home improvement projects, brewing beer, or just building with Lego blocks with his kids. He is an avid runner and finds meditation and calm through the solitude and rhythm of running.
Jeffrey Moore has extensive experience in the field of information security. Jeffrey is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Staples since 2022. Previously, Moore held the position of Chief Product Security Officer at Dräger from 2020 to 2022.Â

Prior to this, Moore worked at Novartis and Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) in various roles. At NIBR, they served as the Global Head of Cyber Security from 2013 to 2020, where they were responsible for all technical security and led a global team. At Novartis, they worked as the Ad interim Novartis Global Head of Security from 2015 to 2016, overseeing all aspects of technical security and leading the creation of a new Security Operations Centre.Â

Jeffrey's earlier experience includes working at adidas AG from 2005 to 2013, first as a Senior Enterprise Security Manager and later as a Senior Infosec Specialist. Jeffrey was responsible for corporate-wide leadership in information security and managed the company's Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Remediation and Compliance efforts.Â

Before adidas, Moore worked at BindView as a Senior Professional Services Manager and Senior Technical Consultant from 2003 to 2005. Jeffrey was responsible for managing worldwide professional services engagements and maintaining strong customer relationships.Â

In addition, they have experience working at Peregrine Systems as an IT Systems Operations and Network Operations Manager for the DACH region from 2002 to 2003, and at Ish GMBH & Co. KG as a Senior Shift Manager of Network Operations on a contract basis from 2001 to 2002. Jeffrey also worked at Telecity as a Manager of Network Operations and Senior Supervisor from 2000 to 2001.Â

Finally, Moore started their career at the European Space Agency as a Senior Ground Configuration Controller from 1994 to 1996.Â

Jeffrey Moore obtained a Certificate in Business Engagement and the Information Security Professional program (BESP) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2017. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Blackhat Training, a program in which they were enrolled from 2009 to 2018.Â
