Her knack for sharing stories and providing space for others to do so is one of her defining gifts. She's a speaker and media host and has the ability to capture the silent corners of a guest's story that may not always be visible to others. When she's not working on her podcast, the daytime job in tech, or building vision boards, she's spinning, kickboxing and is coming back to being a traveler.

LaÃs is a Brazilian black woman working as a Diversity and Inclusion Analyst at a consultant tech company. With a background promoting discussion about the black movement in Brazil, she is passionate about intersectionality. She is graduated as a Psychologist, has experience in the hiring process for tech positions and now responsible for the strategic vision for D&I.
Ashley Jordan is RE:WORK TRAINING’s Vice President of Operations & Strategy and has been a critical component in the organization's mission to create workplaces as diverse as our neighborhoods, starting in Chicago. With her support, RE:WORK has placed over 220 previously overlooked candidates into full-time tech sales roles.
In addition to heading operations and helping shape the company’s overall business strategy, Ashley led the launch of the RE:WORK TRAINING Bay Area career empowerment &
placement program, and created the organization’s Corporate Diversity & Inclusion Program.

Colin Espinales is a Program Manager on LinkedIn’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIBs) team, where he sits on the Growth and Development pillar. In this role, he focuses on creating programs designed to further the knowledge and career advancement of internal underrepresented employees. Through external partnership engagement, supporting programs within the Employee Resource Group (ERGs) ecosystem, and managing internal programs aimed at career growth, Colin is dedicated to transforming careers and creating an equitable and inclusive organization where people of all backgrounds and experiences thrive.

Prior to joining the DIBs team, Colin spent his career advising clients on their talent acquisition strategies, including talent brand, full cycle recruiting and diversity sourcing. Having worked with clients from small businesses to global organizations, he has been able to positively impact hiring efforts and gain visibility into the unique challenges and trends within the industry.

During this time, Colin was also very involved in ERGs, holding a leadership role in the Hispanics of LinkedIn Alliance (HOLA) on a national level. He focuses on intersectional opportunities, as well as focusing on the experiences of Latinos including moderating a panel with industry leaders on the state of Latinos in the American Culture and Societal Landscape and hosting a Town Hall on the Border Crisis.
