He has also spent over 10 years leading, coaching, and mentoring people.
Malcolm is a Chief Security & Trust Officer (CSTO) and is currently with Epiphany Systems. Malcolm previously was with Cylance as CSTO and Intel Corporation and Chief Security & Privacy Officer. He is an independent board member and advisor to several other organizations. He is also an executive coach to CISOs and others in a wide variety of information risk roles. Malcolm engages in a wide variety of peer outreach activities to drive improvements across the world in the understanding of cyber risks and best practices to manage and mitigate those risks. Key areas of focus include the ethics around technology risk, social responsibility, total cost of controls, and driving more industry accountability.
Mea Clift, CISSP, PMP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, FAIR, is the head of cybersecurity at Woodard & Curran and vCISO at Caiasoft. With 25 years in information security and technology, Clift has extensive experience with cybersecurity and risk management. Beginning in desktop support, she moved into servers, then managed services, cloud services, and finally focused on cybersecurity and risk management. Clift’s IT experiences gave her a unique perspective on cybersecurity and allowed her to see the full spectrum and lifecycle of cybersecurity management. Passionate about helping the next generation of cyber professionals, Clift writes articles, provides presentations on cyber risk topics, and mentors for Cyversity, Wicys and ISACA.
Ryan Sahadeo is a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management degree candidate at Nova Southeastern University and a Distinguished University Honors College graduate of the Bachelor of Science degree program in the field of Health Science from the Brooklyn Campus of Long Island University.
After getting his start in the cybersecurity industry post a stint as a consultant to brands from ABC’s Shark Tank, Ryan currently serves as the Director of IT Security for COEUS and is the Founder of two new startups called SecurOptix and Codepreneur Academy dedicated to improving the field of cybersecurity. He is a 10 year cybersecurity professional, a certified CDPSE and in his spare time, loves research into hobbies and topics that interest him.
