Currently I oversees sales & operations of Motion's Philadelphia and DC offices, focused on delivering talent for our clients across full-time, contract and professional services. I am still hands on with all aspects of the sales and recruiting process, and oversee the training and development of ~60 people. I have helped structure our CRM, built out sales templates and tools, spearheaded the nationwide implementation of new tooling and AI systems, consistently ranked at a top performer on my own desk, all while still getting home to my wife and pup (and million hobbies).
My work in journalism, public relations and recruitment has helped me connect individuals and ideas across a variety of platforms and for a multitude of purposes. In my personal life, my ties as a writer influence how I view the world.
